RETURN & REFUND POLICY – CECI DREAM

At Ceci Dream, your satisfaction is our priority. We work with international fulfillment centers to provide high-quality products worldwide, and we fully support our customers in cases where something does not go as expected.

This policy explains when returns and refunds apply, in accordance with international e-commerce standards and Google Merchant requirements.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return and refund requests in the following situations:

✔ Item arrived damaged ✔ Item arrived defective ✔ Wrong item received

If your case fits any of the above, we will gladly assist with a replacement or a full refund.


2. Non-Eligible Situations

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color selected by the customer
  • Normal wear or usage after delivery
  • Shipping delays caused by customs or local postal services
  • Items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

These conditions follow standard international cross-border commerce policies.

3. Return Window

You must request a return within:

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.


4. Return Shipping Costs

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Ceci Dream covers all return shipping costs. No additional fees will be charged to the customer.

In many cases involving international shipments, we may offer a full refund or replacement without requiring the physical return of the item, as return shipping costs can exceed the product value. Our support team will advise the best solution for each case.

Returns for non-eligible reasons are not accepted.


5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.


6. Return Process

If your return request is approved, our team will provide one of the following solutions:

Option A — Refund without return: In cases where return shipping is not practical, we will issue a full refund directly to your original payment method. No need to ship the item back.

Option B — Return with replacement or refund:

  1. You will receive detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  2. A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to you.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with:
    • Replacement (if requested and available)
    • Full refund

Once your return is approved:

9. Return Addresses

Ceci Dream operates through international fulfillment centers. Because of this, return addresses vary depending on the product and will be provided by our support team during your return process.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


10. Chargebacks & Disputes

We kindly ask customers to contact us directly before opening a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster and more effectively through direct communication.
